This year the NHSCC national members’ event for CCG leaders will focus on the future of integrated health and care. This annual event, which was last year attended by more than 100 clinical commissioning leaders, gives delegates the chance to hear from high profile speakers and network with each other, sharing challenges and opportunities.
The title of this years’ event is Integrating the future of health and care, with a focus on how commissioners can survive and thrive to deliver the Five Year Forward View, whilst remaining in financial balance.
The agenda includes a closed with Simon Stevens, CEO, NHS England and for the first time, the event also features an international plenary, exploring what the NHS can learn from place-based systems of health and care that have been implemented internationally. Other plenary sessions will showcase learning from systems that have progressed the furthest in delivering integrated care at CCG, STP and ICS levels, and highlight work that is being done to manage activity and address financial challenges in local areas. There will also be practically oriented breakout sessions covering a range of topics relevant to the current commissioning landscape.
A draft agenda is available below and we will continue to update this as more speakers and sessions are confirmed.
Please note: you must be logged in to the members’ area to book on to this event. If you’re not registered for our members’ area, you can do so here.
