The NHSCC Finance Forum national event, taking place on 11 September in London, offers an opportunity for CCG CFOs to come together and hear from national leaders and influence the direction of travel, share best practice, and network with colleagues from across the country. This is the only national event specifically for CCG CFOs where the programme is shaped by the CCG CFO community to ensure we discuss the issues that matter to you.

The agenda for the day includes:

  • The role of CCGs and CCG CFOs in the evolving commissioning landscape
  • Financial structures that support strategic commissioning, across STPs, ICSs and in integrated health and social organisations
  • How NHSCC has been working with NHS England and others to support the delivery of value
  • A session on Continuing Healthcare from a finance perspective – what action can be taken to reduce unwarranted variation with shared learning from those areas that have been most effective
