Our first webinar is themed on building a case for change and communications and stakeholder engagement during the application phase. It is to be held on 15 July, 1-2.30pm, and will give delegates the opportunity to:

  • Hear the latest update and overview of the mergers programme for 2020/21 from NHS England and NHS Improvement
  • Learn from the experience of recently merged CCGs around building the case for change and how stakeholder engagement with member practices, local partners, and the public is critical when forming a new CCG – NHS Kent and Medway CCG and NHS Norfolk and Waveney CCG
  • Understand key lessons from Browne Jacobson LLP on approaching consultation and engagement
  • Ask our speakers any burning questions you have.
